The “Mark's Of Excellence” Team consists of the formidable duo of Mark Schecter and Mark Baughman plus a dedicated administrative staff that handles the paperwork. Mark Schecter came to Re/Max Traditions in 2004 after being with Coldwell Banker and Howard Hanna for 25+ years. Mark Baughman arrived at Re/Max Traditions in 2006 after previously working with prudential Select Properties. Mark Schecter's 25+ years of real estate experience and rehab experience paired with Mark Baughman's vast computer knowledge and marketing ability created the “perfect partnership.”In 2008, the two teamed up to create what is known as The “Marks Of Excellence” team. Quickly thereafter the name caught on and has now turned into a brand name.
Both Mark's are college graduates, graduates of real estate school, members of the National Association of Realtors, The Ohio Association of Realtors and the Lake Geauga Association of Realtors. Both complete 30+ hours of continuing education every 3 years to be very well versed in new laws and changes that come about in the industry.
Combined this team brings to the table nearly 35 years of real estate and marketing experience. Receiving top honors has come naturally to this duo. The team has earned top individual office awards paired with other achievements. Some of their accolades include Mega Million Dollar Producers, Re/Max 100% Club, Re/Max Executive Club, Top 3 % production and The Million Dollar Club.
